With the upcoming departure of coach Arne Slot, there will be room in the technical staff of the Feyenoord selection. Last summer, Feyenoord rented Pascal Bosschaart to FC Dordrecht, where the former player is at the helm together with head coach Michele Santoni and is still in the fight for promotion to the Eredivisie. Bosschaart gives in conversation with the Leeuwarder Courant I would like to see a move to Feyenoord.

Bosschaart gained experience as a trainer at IJsselmeervogels, SC Cambuur and FC Dordrecht and is looking forward to the next step. There is now a lot of space at Feyenoord. It just depends on what the club wants. Maybe I’ll be included in the process, we’ll see. It would be a nice reward for my work,” Bosschaart told the medium.

Dordrecht is having an excellent season in the Kitchen Champion Division with various Feyenoord mercenaries. Promotion to the Eredivisie via the play-offs is still possible, but direct promotion seems to be unfeasible. Henk de Jong, who Bosschaart was assistant to during his Cambuur period, has words of praise for his colleague. “Pascal is a unique, sweet man. A good person, too. And not entirely unimportant in this profession: he knows a lot about football.”
