HELLENDOORN – A practice forest cross was held last weekend around the accommodation of ‘t Oale Spoor in Hellendoorn. According to the organization, a large number of participants enjoyed the environment. The deep sand pit, the water pit obstacle and various beautiful obstacles made it a successful event.
In addition, there were also other competitions in the region where members of the Hertruiters won prizes.
Jip Ottes saddled her horse For Shizzle on Wednesday in Tubbergen for a 1.00 m riding style competition. They won a fourth prize here. On Saturday they went to Raalte for a 2-phase jumping competition at a height of 1.10 m and won the second prize. This was rewarded with an extra cash prize and a beautiful standing blanket.
Twan van Dijke, Thijs Eshuis, Sanne van Dijke and Melissa Eshuis participated in the team jumping with their ponies in Raalte. No fewer than 11 teams competed for the prizes. By staying clear on both courses and setting fast times, team De Esdijkjes managed to win. With this they won four free tickets for Jumping Amsterdam.
