The lady in question goes by the name Wendy van Hout. “I was so lucky with her. Everything makes me feel that things are going well between us. That’s why she also participates in the soap Mass is Cash, the tenth season of which will start on SBS6 on Tuesday evening, Peter (61) announces. The holiday park boss ‘went through a deep valley’ after the break with Nicol, but Wendy pulled him out of it. They met on Easter Sunday in the restaurant of his park Blauwemeer.
Pure coincidence
“I wasn’t looking for it,” continues Peter. “Certainly not the first months after the breakup. At one point I hoped that someone would come into my life again. Only I didn’t trust a woman anymore. I have a long past behind me. If people leave your life in 20 seconds, you’ll be hurt. But this just had to be. Pure coincidence that we just arrived there together.”
‘New life’
After the meeting, they exchanged phone numbers and soon Wendy texted Peter. “I really thought: He is the boss, maybe I can arrange a discount with him,” laughs Wendy, who also indirectly scored a million-dollar villa in addition to love. “That’s bizarre, such a different world than where I come from. It’s only luxury what I see. Peter has a beautiful house, I think many women would want to live there. And I have the privilege of falling in love with Peter and being allowed to stay there.” Good luck together, Peter and Wendy!
