At LogicTrade they are making good progress. The software company received two awards in 2023. The provider of software for the interior design industry was named FD Gazelle and was in the top 100 best-performing companies that offer software as a service (SaaS) by MT/Sprout. This is something that the company from Staphorst recognizes, but at the same time LogicTrade looks stoically to the future. Because “there is still plenty of profit to be made,” says sales director Sven Andriessen. “Both in the Netherlands and abroad.”

Unnecessary jargon
A software company. That sounds complicated to many people. Terms such as SaaS, API, ERP and PIM are used regularly. But it doesn’t have to be that difficult, according to Sven. “It’s actually very simple. We can help a retailer save time in administrative actions, make fewer mistakes when entering orders and have a better result at the bottom line.” For example, with LogicTrade systems, product data is managed centrally and can easily be used by the salesperson in the store.

Simple, simpler, simplest
The solutions that LogicTrade offers are endless, but that is precisely the challenge. This year, LogicTrade wants to explain even more clearly to retailers what they have to offer and what that actually means for the retailer. “It has to be so simple that everyone understands it immediately,” explains Michiel van Tongeren (marketing manager). One of his tasks is to present LogicTrade’s story clearly to the market.

“Not only must the story be crystal clear, the user-friendliness of the system must also be optimal, so that even the Saturday employee in the store can use it.” Following this, the website has been completely overhauled, where the various LogicTrade packages are listed in a structured manner.

Trial version
To introduce even more people to LogicTrade’s software, it is launching a new ‘land and expand strategy’. In other words: a way in which companies can start small with optimal guidance. If you like it, you can scale up to a version with even more time-saving functionalities. “We want to lower the threshold and make LogicTrade even more accessible,” Michiel adds. We are currently working hard on this trial version. This will be launched during the course of the year.
