Pianist Joel Borelli, who rose to prominence at Crazy Piano’s in Scheveningen and is now the most sought-after pianist in the Netherlands with 180 performances per year and has also made his international breakthrough, put his very luxurious villa in Oisterwijk, Brabant, up for sale in June 2022 for 3,950,000 euros.

He himself bought the villa for 1,575,000 euros and had a mortgage of 1,509,000 euros on it. So a possible profit of 2.4 million euros was on the horizon.

But that is less, because Borelli has reduced the asking price by no less than 700,000 euros to 3,250,000 euros, leaving a maximum of 1,675,000 million euros. He really used the ax to find a buyer.
