Footballer Nathan Ake, who currently plays as a defender for the English top club Manchester City, rents out his single-family home in Voorburg, located close to The Hague.
He was injured last weekend and is in danger of missing the European Football Championship. Nathan also plays as a defender in the Dutch national team. Hopefully he’ll make it.
Nathan recently put his single-family home up for rent for 2,750 euros per month and found a tenant after three weeks, who also has to pay a one-off deposit of 2,750 euros to the footballer.
For this he will receive a single-family home with a living area of 152 square meters. The tenant has a total of six rooms, including five bedrooms and two bathrooms. All this is spread over three floors.
There is an open kitchen with various built-in appliances. The tenant will not get cold feet, because there is underfloor heating everywhere. There is also a front and back garden facing southwest.
The car can be parked in the parking garage.
