Maxime Meiland went out yesterday with daughter Vivé and accidentally locked herself out. “Why is this happening to us?”
Maxime shares a video in Instagram Stories that she sent to her husband Leroy Molkenboer. “We can’t go inside…” says Maxime from the car. “Because what have we forgotten?” she asks her daughter Vivé, who is sitting next to her. “The key,” answers Vivé.

Mother and daughter have to wait until Hummer’s dog sitter comes by. “Now we have to wait for Laura, who is coming to pick up Hummer,” Maxime explains. Apparently Maxime excludes herself more often, because she writes the following with the images: “Why does this happen to us regularly?”

According to biographer Jan Dijkgraaf, Maxime’s environment is concerned about her. She has won the defamation case brought against her by her alleged rapist, but now that the man is in the media she is becoming increasingly angry.
“Maxime is now being called a slut and that slut shaming makes her angrier and angrier,” Jan told the weekly magazine Party. “That broadcast of Gossip talk having that boy as a guest was of course very annoying for her. Of course she doesn’t look at it herself, but you can never completely avoid the slut shaming that follows on social media. You have to recover from that for a few days.”
