In addition to the Code Rosé guesthouse, the Meilandjes’ home in Noordwijkerhout is also for sale.

Martien already announced the sale in mid-March, but now the stately building is also listed on Funda and the asking price has been revealed. Anyone who wants to have a chance to win Landhuis Duinwijk must be prepared to pay 2,395,000 euros.

Just like with the sale of their guest house (asking price: 1,999,500 euros), Damen Makelaars was called in to market the house. “This characteristic villa, with its authentic details, which was built under architecture in 1910, is equipped with all the modern conveniences and comfort of today,” says the broker text.

Terraces

It is especially enjoyable in the summer. At the rear of the house is a ‘beautifully landscaped garden with sun terraces’, a heated outdoor swimming pool and a spacious garden house of 56 square meters. The plot has a total of 2,108 square meters of private land.

Inside, the house of 237 square meters of living space has four bedrooms, three floors and a dining room with patio doors to the terrace.

Fans

The Meiland family bought the house at the last minute of 2021 because they were too bothered by fans at the door at their previous address. Country house Duinwijk, located between Noordwijk and Noordwijkerhout, had an asking price of 1.7 million euros at the time. You can take a look inside via: real estate agent site
