Hurrah! Enzo Knol and Myron Koops welcome their first child

--

Tough time

At Kek Mama Koops previously said that she found the pregnancy mentally tough: “I haven’t felt nauseous, I haven’t hung over the toilet once. Physically I really have nothing to complain about, but mentally I find it very difficult. Before my pregnancy I was always very fit. This way I could run as fast and as long as I wanted, and I looked sporty. Of course you know what pregnancy does, but I found it difficult to see that your entire body is actually getting bigger. And it still remains difficult to accept this.”

She is therefore looking forward to restarting her sporting life after giving birth: “As soon as possible, I hope six weeks after giving birth, I want to get back to work with a personal trainer.”

Upbringing

Myron talks about how she and Enzo envision their upbringing: “I had a sporting upbringing, and I also want to pass that on to our son. My parents always did everything they could to help me do what made me happy. This allowed me to skate at the highest level in my youth. I also want to give my son all the tools to do what makes him happy. Whether that is ballet, skating or something completely different.”
