Normally the album will be released on Friday, June 14 Nohlen out, the record company of the Achterhoek band announced on Tuesday.
The band recorded the album in 2023 in their own studio in Hummelo. There are fifteen songs on it. According to the press release, all band members contributed to the writing process. The first single is Tuesday’s song Eigenwis (Or Steadfast) came true.
In its almost fifty years of existence, Kleur has released more than forty studio and live albums. A total of 46 of the band’s songs ended up in the Top 40.
Normal will be celebrating its fiftieth anniversary in 2025. Then, according to the band, a special celebration will follow that “certainly will not go unnoticed”.
