The Dutch musical Blind Date will be continued in the theater. As of February 2025 Yes I do! can be seen in Dutch theaters. Freek Bartels and Brigitte Heitzer also play the leading roles in the new performance.

The story follows bank employee Bob (Bartels) and dog groomer Jenny (Heitzer) from the proposal to the wedding night. Because planning a wedding is not easy, they enlist the help of Koos, a wedding planner at the company Yes, I want. Paul Groot is also part of the cast, producer De Theater BV announces.

The musical is written by Allard Blom. The music is composed by Sam Verhoeven, the direction is in the hands of Joep Onderdelinden and Ivo Chundro makes the choreographies. From February 7, the performance can be seen almost seventy times throughout the Netherlands, including in DeLaMar in Amsterdam.

Blind Date was shown in the fall of 2022. The performance was nominated for eight Musical Awards and won three. A film version under the name Skirt night by director Johan Nijenhuis can be seen in cinemas from October.
