GOES – The police are looking for the owners of almost two hundred pieces of jewelry and watches. These items were seized at the beginning of April during the arrest of a 58-year-old man suspected of several burglaries in Zeeland.
The suspect was arrested in Utrecht on April 3. The man was wanted by the Zeeland police for a number of home burglaries that he allegedly committed in Goes. He is also a suspect in other burglaries in Zeeland, including burglaries committed in Biervliet and Serooskerke (municipality of Veere). He may also have broken into more places in the period January 2023 to March 2024.

Nearly two hundred pieces of jewelry and watches were seized during his arrest. The police suspect that these come from burglaries in Zeeland and elsewhere in the Netherlands. The police are looking for the owners and have therefore shared photos of the stolen items on their website. People who recognize their property in the photos are asked to contact the investigation team in Zeeland.
