The indebuurt team also likes to go out to discover the most beautiful restaurants in our city. The team was invited to have a bite to eat at Pand 33. It was a pleasant and above all delicious evening!
You’ll find it fine dining restaurant at Nieuwegracht 33. Pieter is the owner and says: “You can have a chic meal here, but with your elbows on the table. Enjoy the food, the conviviality and atmosphere in the restaurant.”
à la carte or a menu
What makes a dinner at Pand 33 even better: you can opt for an ‘à la carte dinner’ or choose a fully catered menu. Pieter: “We chose that on purpose. You can also contact us if, for example, you have less time, but would like to eat a tasty dish.”
You can also choose from a menu of four, five or six courses. “We regularly adjust the menu. Even if you come here more often, you will always be surprised with new dishes or matching wines.”

Mariss is Chef Alcohol and manager of Pand 33. He says: “Now we serve a delicious main course, for example, which consists of: black halibut cooked in papillote – steamed in a package – celeriac-saffron cream, green beans from the barbecue, citrus sauce finished with monkfish liver and herring and trout roe.”
“This dessert is also particularly delicious: thyme ice cream with thyme snow and oil. Airy ganache made from Utrecht Mesjokke chocolate. In addition, there are candied hazelnuts and coffee syrup spread across the plate.”

The dishes were always bombarding with taste and different textures
The indebuurt team had drinks and dinner at Pand 33 and that was more than a pleasant experience. Dilara enjoyed that evening: “Several dishes were served with drinks. We also drank delicious wines. Mariss told us all about the dishes and the wine. That was nice to hear!”
That wasn’t the only thing! “We were also spoiled with a fancy dinner,” says José, who also works at indebuurt. We tasted starters, main courses and desserts. “I love ice cream and that’s why the ice cream made from thyme, topped with mesjokke chocolate was my favorite!”
A nice atmosphere
It is very important to the Pand 33 team that it is a pleasant and relaxed evening. “We would like to get to know our guests and make them feel seen. Of course we want them to enjoy the food, but also the atmosphere.”
Pieter continues: “Whether you come here in a three-piece suit or in your shorts: everyone is more than welcome. In addition, we can respond to every dietary requirement and allergy. This way you can eat a high-quality vegan six-course dinner. Gluten and nuts are also easy to leave out.”
Meetings
At Pand 33 you don’t just enjoy a delicious dinner or drink. You can also hold meetings there. You do that here in a special room. You meet in a beautiful wharf cellar on the Nieuwegracht.
