I am proud of my team and am already focusing on next season

Noah Long

PSV reported at the end of January after the match against Almere City that the footballer was again out for a longer period of time, after having been sidelined twice earlier in the season with a hamstring injury. The match against Almere was his first in almost four months.

“Due to three wrong diagnoses for a hamstring problem, which I have been suffering from since August, it only came to light in January that it was much worse than first reported. And that explained why every time I made more minutes, I immediately started having problems with my hamstring. Mistakes have been made. But I don’t blame anyone.”
