Injured by shooting incident at Julianapark in Utrecht

Someone was injured in a shooting incident near the Julianapark in Utrecht on Tuesday evening, the police reported. The victim had to be taken to hospital for treatment, but was approachable.

Police are looking for the assailant, but no arrests have been made yet. It is unknown what led to the incident.

A police helicopter was deployed due to the incident, and a road near the park has also been closed. There is research being done. Julianapark is located in the northwest of the Dom city.
