FC Twente Vrouwen has found a main sponsor for the next ten years in the Reggeborgh Foundation. The collaboration between the Enschede club and the investment company, which is also a sponsor of a successful skating team, will take effect from the new season.
Reggeborgh Foundation is the successor to Future of Twente, which has been the main sponsor of the women of FC Twente for the past three seasons. General manager Dominique Scholten of FC Twente is happy with the agreement.
“Together with Reggeborgh, we want to give women’s football a boost and continue to compete for prizes every year. In recent years, Reggeborgh has proven to be a good partner in the sports landscape in the Netherlands,” says Scholten on the FC Twente website.
Reggeborgh has been active in skating since 2018 and currently has the most successful skating team in the Netherlands with Team Reggeborgh. The company from Rijssen is the main sponsor of the skating team until the 2030 Olympic Games.
Inge Wessels of the Reggeborgh Foundation relies on a great collaboration with FC Twente Vrouwen. “We strongly believe in the potential of women’s football and look forward to continuing to support that professionalization in the coming years.”
FC Twente Women can become national champions for the ninth time in history on Saturday. A home win over Telstar is enough.
