The city and surrounding area are preparing for an absolute cracker in Euroborg. FC Groningen kicks off on Friday evening at 8 p.m. in their own stadium against Roda JC, with a direct promotion ticket to the Eredivisie at stake. The supporters’ square opens at 5 p.m. for this final match of the regular competition. FC Groningen calls on supporters and sponsors to come to Euroborg en masse in the green and white club colors.

The Noordtribune Groningen will walk in a corteo from the Sontplein to Euroborg on Friday from 4.30 pm. After the walk on the Europaweg, the group arrives at the stadium where the players bus is welcomed. The bus with players and staff is expected at the main entrance around 6:15 p.m. Supporters are welcome at Euroborg on the supporters’ square from 5 p.m. An ideal place for a snack and a drink before this memorable football evening. Come to Euroborg in green and white and show that you support the colors of FCG!

The stadium gates open as soon as the players of the Pride of the North have been welcomed. Food and drinks from outside are not allowed into Euroborg. There are various catering points on all three public stands where food and drinks can be purchased. Hot snacks can be purchased at the catering units with a deep fryer. Supporters can go to one of the containers for cold drinks. It is only possible to pay for purchases in Euroborg with PIN. Drinks are served in FC Groningen hard cups in all stands. These cups have a deposit of €2 per hard cup.

Transport
City residents and supporters from the villages near Groningen are advised to come to Euroborg by bike as much as possible. Bicycles can be stored for free around the stadium in one of the available sheds.

Supporters who have to come from further away can use the Drenthe Tours shuttle buses. These run from P&R Haren and P&R Hoogkerk directly to Euroborg without a stop. Partner Drenthe Tours will deploy extra buses on Friday and will this time drive to the stadium from 6 p.m. The last bus leaves twenty minutes before the start of the match. A return costs €4.

If FC Groningen wins, the buses will run longer after the match so that supporters can attend the festivities in the stadium. In the event of a draw or loss, the buses will leave Euroborg for the P&R locations up to one hour after the final whistle.

Card market
Season ticket holders in the Koeman Grandstand and the Piet Fransen Grandstand can offer their place on the ticket market via the FC Groningen Ticketshop if they do not go to the match themselves. This is the only official and legal platform on which match tickets can be offered or purchased.

The card market is only available if cards are actually offered. Season ticket and club card holders have a right to purchase, whereby a maximum of one ticket can be purchased. Your purchase rights are stated in your personal account in the Ticketshop. Trading in match tickets is prohibited and punishable.

Warning
Warning: do not buy tickets offered elsewhere than on the ticket market in the FC Groningen Ticketshop and do not offer them for sale anywhere!
