Laren
Will Koopman has received the Media Oeuvre Award. The director of, among other things, the hit series ‘Gooische Vrouwen’ received her prize in Laren.
The recording of the new series ‘Gooische Vrouwen’ is currently in full swing. Filming recently took place in café Moeke Spijkstra in Blaricum. Scenes were also recorded at Brink20 in Laren. At the latter restaurant, director Will Koopman was surprised with her prestigious award.
Rating guns
This year the jury consisted of AD columnist Angela de Jong and Spreekbuis publisher Richard Otto. Koopman has been active in the TV world for almost half a century and has many ratings successes to her name, such as ‘Gooische Vrouwen’, ‘Divorce’ and ‘Familie Kruys’. She doesn’t seem to have time to look back on her career yet, because in recent months she has been busy not only with the new recordings of ‘Gooische Vrouwen’ but also with ‘Oogappels’.
André van Duin
The Media Oeuvre Award is an annual prize from trade platform Spreekbuis.nl and streaming service NLZiet for the media professional who has had a major influence on the Dutch media landscape in his or her career. Previous winners were Jan Slagter, André van Duin, Tineke de Nooij, Antoinette Hertzenberg and Floortje Dessing.
