Three hours after recording this edition of the Peepshow, it was announced that PlayStation’s plan to make PSN membership mandatory for Helldivers 2 on PC would not be pursued. The backlash had been too intense. We did not know this when recording this item.

Everyone is suddenly negative about Helldivers 2

Helldivers 2 from developer Arrowhead can easily be called one of the sensations of 2024. The game is selling like crazy and almost everyone is positive about it. Until last weekend.
