HILVERSUM – Years after the debacle at The Voice RTL and producer Talpa are coming up with a new talent show. In order to start with a clean slate, Talpa chooses different jury members this time.
Two years ago there was a big fuss about the program The Voice. Behind the scenes, employees are said to have been guilty of inappropriate behavior. Jurors Ali B. and Marco Borsato, among others, were accused of sexual misconduct. To eliminate any risk of recurrence, other people have been approached The Headlineras the new program is called.
Unlike previous talent shows, where only music was central, there is now room for sports or acting talents, for example. For example, former Ajax star Marc Overmars is said to have been approached to assess sporting talents. Thijs Römer’s name is also mentioned. According to rumors, he will guide the acting talents.

Media expert Paul van Geelkerken speaks of a ‘dream team’: “After everything that has happened, you can of course no longer bring in figures like Marco Borsato and Jeroen Rietbergen. I think that RTL and Talpa can make a fresh, new start with this team.”
A replacement has also been found for Ali B., who is alleged to have been guilty of rape. None other than rapper Bilal Wahib would have been asked to provide young rap talent with advice.
