Belgian Princess Elisabeth will attend Harvard University in Boston, America, next summer. She is following a two-year master’s degree in Public Policy there, the Belgian court reported on Tuesday.
The eldest daughter of King Philippe and Queen Mathilde recently passed the entrance tests. She previously completed a bachelor’s degree in history and politics at the University of Oxford.
“The princess was also selected for an Honorary Award from the Fulbright Program, the U.S. Department of State’s international educational exchange program,” the court further reported.
Elisabeth is not the first member of the Belgian royal family to study at Harvard. The Belgian Prince Joachim, the son of Princess Astrid, previously graduated there. King Philippe went to American Stanford University.
