As a threat.
I never know what the threat is when you take a test.
Russia has nuclear weapons, so they have already tested them in the past. Maybe they’ll check to see if the weapons still work. I’m sure they work, because if they no longer do, there is no longer a threat. Thank you, says the enemy.
But if a test is intended as a threat, Russia is saying: “Our next move is to drop the atomic bomb somewhere.”
Oh well, then the earth will have been destroyed there for a hundred thousand years (if not more). Then America also throws a bomb and the earth is even more destroyed and World War III breaks out.
And then?
When I just wrote that the earth at the site of the bomb was destroyed for a hundred thousand years or so, I wanted to write afterwards: … and hundreds of thousands of people died.
But hundreds of thousands have already died. About twice the number that fell in Hiroshima after ‘Little Boy’ was dropped on it.
Growing up, I constantly heard that the atomic bomb had saved my parents’ lives and was therefore a blessing. Deterrence was the best weapon, along with a tit-for-tat strategy. You do this, I’m going to do this too.
Sometimes I think deterrence no longer works.
People don’t get scared so easily anymore. People are no longer afraid of ghosts, they identify with them.
Those who do not dare to use the nuclear weapon fear total destruction, your own death or that of your children and grandchildren. But Putin, who has always presented himself as macho, does not care if he himself has to die; After all, there is a world beyond with a God who is kind to him. What do you care about the earth if there is a heaven? All those ayatollahs who celebrate death and not life have the same thought. To them, the atomic weapon is the same as a scimitar.
If deterrence no longer works for one person, why should it work for the other?
Why couldn’t you threaten World War III and start it right away?
If Putin loses his honor soon, he may have no choice but to unleash World War III. And if it is going on… What will the other nuclear powers do?
