Bas Smit and Nicolette van Dam, who are currently in a battle with Coca Cola and are demanding two million euros, have lived in this multi-million dollar building in Amsterdam for more than 1 1/2 years. A building with a value of around three million euros.

TEMPORARY HOME

The building has a living area of ​​259 square meters and has a total of seven rooms. The images show that it is certainly not a punishment to live here. But Bas and Nicolette still leave the building.

RENOVATION

And there is a very good reason for that. The building where they lived until now was a temporary home because their own villa in Amsterdam South has undergone a major renovation.

TOP MORTGAGE

They bought this villa in 2019 for 1.2 million euros and took out two mortgages for a total of 3.7 million euros. They took out the first mortgage in 2019 for 1,885,000 euros and the second in February 2023 for 1.8 million euros.

The renovation is now complete and the two are therefore busy moving to their own luxurious home. And you can bet that Bas and Nicolette are very happy that they can return to their own palace.
