Can fit20 be compared to a regular gym? Absolutely not! Angela: “fit20 is a preventive health training that takes place in a functional studio. It is actually everything that a normal gym is not, with now 150 studios at home and abroad.”

“With us you always train under the guidance of a certified personal trainer. The focus is entirely on the correct execution of the movements, without distractions such as music and mirrors. No sweating, no changing clothes

At fit20 it’s all about efficiency. You step inside and immediately take a seat on the first device. Before you start, discuss with the personal trainer how you are doing and how your previous training went.

Then you go through six devices for a complete one full body workout. The personal trainer sets the correct weight and coaches you through the exercises. You just have to focus. How wonderful is that?!

Result without muscle pain

Then comes the recovery period, which lasts a week. “It takes about five to six days for your muscles to recover. Then your body overcompensates and you need that to take a step. After a week you are at your strongest and you can get back to work in the studio.”
