WOODEN On March 27, 2024, Ad Vos said goodbye to the Supervisory Board of the Hospice Kromme Rijnstreek. Ad has been involved with the hospice since 2012: first as chairman of the Friends of HKR Foundation, then for a number of years as chairman of the operational Hospice Kromme Rijnstreek foundation and since 2018 as a member of the Supervisory Board. “We are grateful for everything he has meant to the hospice,” the Council said.

Ad will be succeeded on the Supervisory Board by Josje van Dijk. Josje lives in Houten and is an experienced manager with a lot of knowledge and experience as a director of various primary schools. She has been involved with the hospice as a volunteer since its opening, first as a working group member of the Hospice Week and since 2012 as a board member of the Friends of the Hospice Kromme Rijnstreek foundation. With all her knowledge of and experience in the hospice, she is a valuable addition to the Supervisory Board as a sounding board for both boards and in the integral supervision of the implementation of policy and functioning of both boards in relation to the social task of the hospice . “We are pleased that she wants to remain involved by joining the Supervisory Board – even after the end of her third and final term as a board member,” the Supervisory Board said.

In addition to Josje van Dijk, the Supervisory Board consists of chairman Maaike van Leuken (business expert) and secretary Anne Mieke Karsch (medical practitioner).
