From its office in Utrecht, the new recruitment agency now also wants to make a mark on the Dutch market after a previous presence in Belgium.

CHRLY will be located in the same building as Fujitsu. That can be explained; Fujitsu founded CHRLY in 2021. At the time, the IT service provider noted recruitment as an important part of a digital transformation journey. It saw opportunities to use its background in IT knowledge and its network to support companies with recruitment via CHRLY.

In its own words, CHRLY distinguishes itself in a crowded market through a Recruitment as a Service (RaaS) approach. “Our approach always starts from the profile of the candidate and not from the required skills. During our first interview with the candidate, we do not discuss the CV, but we have a conversation to get to know the person,” explains General Manager Maxime Cools.

CHRLY submits multiple vacancies to an IT professional based on geographical location, skills and interests. It claims that with this method it can find a number of suitable candidates within 48 hours on average.

Target CHRLY

According to CHRLY, things often go wrong at competing recruitment agencies after the application. The applicant will then be told that he will receive feedback next week. Then it happens that the applicant hears nothing. Recruiters may be aware that companies do not make decisions within a week, but at the same time they do not want to lose the applicant. Ironically, this is precisely how they lose them, CHRLY sees.

“Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships, help as many people as possible and continuously grow. To achieve this, it is also important to work with the right partners,” says Cools. Well-known partners include ServiceNow, Microsoft, Nutanix and Intel.

The start in the Netherlands comes at a logical time, Cools sees. The General Manager already claims a lot of demand from our country. CHRLY currently has 150 consultants. The goal of the IT recruitment agency is to expand to 200 consultants in the Benelux within a year.
