Toyota Netherlands starts recruitment campaign ‘The fastest job application ever’

Toyota starts a new recruitment campaign: ‘The fastest job application ever’. Both starters and experienced technicians can apply quickly and easily via a new website, after which Toyota promises to contact you immediately.

Car manufacturer Toyota is looking for technicians and has therefore set up a new application procedure for this recruitment campaign. By simplifying the application process – only a few details need to be filled in by the applicant, after which we will contact you as soon as possible – an application will be submitted much faster than before.

Apply quickly, grow quickly
The recruitment campaign is not only for experienced technical staff, but also for starting technicians. One of Toyota’s most important principles is “Kaizen”. Translated into Dutch, Kaizen means “continuous improvement”. The application process for technicians has also been examined and adjusted. It can be summarized in three points:

1. Apply quickly: a simple and direct process.
2. Quick entry: new colleagues feel at home at Toyota as quickly as possible.
3. Fast growth: thanks to the Louwman College, technicians can grow from starting Toyota Technician to seasoned Diagnostic Master Technician.

All new technicians are allowed to participate in the ‘fastest company outing’ after they have been hired. New employees can quickly get to know their new Toyota colleagues through various racing events. They can also prove how fast they are in a racing simulator.
