The unions report ‘to continue until there is a good collective labor agreement’, which meets requirements in the area of work pressure, appreciation and purchasing power. “A good collective labor agreement is essential to get people in and keep them in. A collective labor agreement with a salary, for which people are happy to come and work at NS and with agreements with which you can have a social life in addition to your job at NS and reach the finish line healthy again. can get.” If the NS does not respond to this, nationwide strikes may follow.
