Marco van Basten has heard that the KPMG investigation into Sven Mislintat has been ‘dark’, the analyst confronts Jan van Halst at Rondo by Ziggo Sports. The former interim director of Ajax does not respond too enthusiastically to this.

The KPMG investigation took place due to a possible conflict of interest of Mislintat in the transfer of Borna Sosa to Ajax. “There is no evidence there,” Van Halst responds succinctly. “That was all very dark,” responds Van Basten, who receives a questioning look from Van Halst? “Is that so, do you know that?”
