Today InsidePresenter Wilfred Genee says he has completed a mandatory online training on respectful collaboration. Genee showed his diploma in the broadcast on Thursday evening.
“I got it myself now, I got it,” Genee said, holding up his diploma. “The nice thing about it is: you can print two. So I immediately did Johan’s.” Genee then shows a piece of paper with the name of his colleague.
Political reporter Sam Hagens asked Genee whether he had the editors take the course. “I did it myself, I enjoyed watching it sometimes,” the presenter responded.
Derksen said that Talpa boss John de Mol “has a sense of humor”. De Mol is said to have emailed his diploma to Derksen.

Derksen says he has not yet received the invitation for the course. The analyst insists that he is not going to take the “pointless course”. “What is all this nonsense?”, he wondered out loud on Thursday.
Derksen previously said that he does not want to be “bothered” with the course. He also called it “nonsense” and “nonsense”. Talpa announced on Wednesday that all colleagues must follow the training, including Derksen.

Genee warned Derksen that he could be suspended for two months if he does not do the e-learning. His salary will also be withheld. “What nonsense, man,” said the former footballer.
Political reporter Merel Ek added that everyone at Talpa has received the invitation to the course. They must have completed the course before April 12.
The training is intended for employees of RTL, NPO and Talpa, among others. The course was set up by the Media Pact Respectful Collaboration. This partnership was founded after the abuses at The voice of Holland. The initiative must lead to a shared standard regarding (un)desirable behavior.
