Broadcaster MAX celebrates King’s Day 2024 in style at Soestdijk Palace. There will be a special live broadcast on Saturday April 27: MAX King’s Day from Soestdijk Palace, presented by Jan Slagter. This will then be followed by an extra long one from this special location Time for MAX broadcast.
MAX King’s Day from Soestdijk Palace
On King’s Day, Jan Slagter will receive, among others, Buddy Vedder and Aruna, the winner of All of Holland Bakt in the festive live program MAX King’s Day from Soestdijk Palace. Buddy Vedder talks about his leading role in the musical Saturday Night Fever and he performs together with the cast. All of Holland Baktwinner Aruna makes royal delicacies and Marco Schuitmaker performs. April Darby will play the lead role in the musical next season Sister Act. She talks about this starring role and she performs with the cast.
MAX King’s Day from Soestdijk Palace can be seen on Saturday, April 27, from 2 p.m. at MAX on NPO 1.
Time for MAX from Soestdijk Palace
From Soestdijk Palace, Martine van Os and Sybrand Niessen present an extra long and festive broadcast of Time for MAX. Guests include Janny van der Heijden, royal expert Josine Droogendijk, Berget Lewis and Evert ten Napel. Josine Droogendijk talks about the visit of King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima to Emmen. Former sports commentator and reporter Evert ten Napel, born in the municipality of Emmen, will also join us. Berget Lewis and it Like this! Gospel Choir step up and All of Holland Baktfinalist Tim is in the kitchen. Julius Minnaar, the director of Wildlands Adventure Zoo Emmen, talks about King’s Day, where he will play an important role. And the king of Drenthe pop, Leon Moorman, is on stage.
Time for MAX can be seen on Saturday, April 27, from 4:30 PM at MAX on NPO 1.
