From doing odd jobs and living on social assistance level to welcoming famous Dutch people to their Code Rosé guest house, The Meilandjes have already created different types of reality programs. The family is currently working on a new season of Chateau Meiland.
And that promises to be different from what viewers are used to! Erica Meiland reveals this The Telegraph.
Filming abroad
Erica recently hinted in a conversation with RTL Boulevard that they have been filmed in the Netherlands. ”Reality should be fun. That was the past five years. But not anymore, we are getting older too. I don’t want to make things up. We don’t feel like doing that,” Erica said at the time.
On the road with the camper
In an interview with The Telegraph Erica has revealed that she is working for the next season of Chateau Meiland going abroad with the camper and therefore not staying in the Netherlands to film. During camping in the new season, the Meilandjes will undoubtedly cause a good dose of hysteria again. Unlike Chateau Meiland VIPSno famous Dutch people can be seen in the new series.
The new season of Chateau Meiland can be seen this fall on SBS6. The official start date is not yet known.
