After a soaking wet Remembrance Day, Liberation Day is noticeably drier. However, showers are also possible on Sunday, especially in the north.

On Sunday morning, a large area of rain will move across the north of the Netherlands, Weerplaza reports. It is also heavily cloudy in the rest of the country, but there is less rain.

The clouds remain persistent, but during the day it will become dry in most places. Only in the northeast it can rain all day.

Here and there the sun shows itself briefly, especially in the south. It is also the warmest there at 18 degrees. The north has to make do with a maximum of 12 degrees.

In the evening the roles are reversed and the south has the best chance of rain.
