Utrecht, May 2, 2024 – CHRLY, the IT recruitment agency of IT service provider Fujitsu founded in 2021, is expanding its activities to the Netherlands. In addition to Portugal and Belgium, CHRLY is now also entering the market in the Netherlands and Luxembourg. CHRLY distinguishes itself from the more traditional players thanks to its extensive knowledge of the market, very large network, passion for sustainable IT and personal approach. CHRLY focuses on the candidate’s personal profile first and then on the CV. The IT recruiter focuses on a wide range of IT profiles, including ServiceNow, Application Management and Infrastructure.

Extensive IT knowledge
Fujitsu was engaged in a digital transformation process in 2020, of which recruitment was an important part. This led to the founding of CHRLY. According to Maxime Cools, General Manager of CHRLY, this was a logical step for Fujitsu: “People are an essential part of the IT services that we provide as an IT company. We have the knowledge, an extensive network and understand the needs and challenges of IT organizations. We will keep going until we find the perfect candidate.”

CHRLY can not only help find candidates, but the recruitment team can also temporarily strengthen the recruitment department of an organization, both in-house and remotely. In addition, CHRLY invests in young talent and continues to train candidates.

Focus on the individual and on long-term cooperation
CHRLY excels in quality and speed. “Thanks to our advanced tools, we can quickly propose a wide range of suitable profiles,” says Cools. “Our focus on the individual allows us to present multiple vacancies at the same time, including vacancies other than those to which the candidate has responded. For example, we select based on geographical location, skills and personal interests, which often gives a candidate five to six directions to respond to. On average, our consultants find a number of suitable candidates within 48 hours, which is two to three times faster than our competitors.”

Cools explains: “Our approach always starts from the profile of the candidate and not from the required skills. During our first interview with the candidate, we do not discuss the CV, but we have a conversation to get to know the person.” He continues: “If you have applied for a job somewhere, they often say: ‘You will hear from us next week’. It’s disappointing not to hear anything a week later. Recruiters know the client won’t make a decision within a week, but they don’t want to lose the applicant. Ironically, this is exactly how you lose them. Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships, help as many people as possible and continually grow. To achieve this, it is also important to work with the right partners.”

Growth ambitions
Cools sees many opportunities for CHRLY as a Benelux organization: “The expansion comes at a logical time. We already receive a lot of demand from the Netherlands. We now have 150 consultants and our goal is to expand to 200 consultants in the Benelux within a year.”
