The Eurovision Song Contest 2023 won two BAFTA Television Craft Awards on Sunday evening. The Eurovision broadcast was awarded for the best production team and the best live directors.

The Television Craft Awards are the prizes given by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts for the work that goes on behind the scenes. The winners of these prizes were announced in London on Sunday evening.

There were more programs that managed to win two BAFTAs. For example, the episode Demon 79 of the Netflix series Black Mirror won two prizes. The documentary series Once upon a Time in Northern Ireland, shown in the Netherlands by VPRO, also won two categories, as did the series Silo and Slow Horses.

The award for best director in fiction went to Peter Hoar for the hit series The Last of Us.

The regular BAFTA Television Awards ceremony is on Sunday, May 12.
