Roda JC stadium speaker Wim Frijns made a painful mistake on Friday evening when he announced that the Limburgers had been promoted compared to FC Groningen. ESPN shares an interview of the stadium speaker on Instagram and receives a response from Jan Joost van Gangelen, who is suddenly tackled by Eljero Elia.

Elia then adds a wink emoji to his response, but it is still unclear what the former attacker is referring to. This may be an incident from 2020, when Elia used an Instagram video to lash out at Van Gangelen and Kenneth Perez, who had shared incorrect information about him.
