A woman was thrown to the ground at Central Station after she confronted a man about his aggressive behavior towards another woman. The victim was also spat at by the man. “The suspect is given two weeks to report. After that, recognizable images will be shown,” the police said in a social post on X.
Images shared by the police show the man sitting next to three women on a bench at CS. After a woman calls him out on violent behavior towards his girlfriend, he stands up and grabs the helpful woman by her coat and throws her hard to the ground.
The woman quickly gets up after her fall and walks towards the aggressive man together with the other two women. There is still some pushing going on there.
The police say that the man has two weeks to report to the station. If he does not do this, images will be released in which he is recognizable. The police ask witnesses to report via the investigation tip line (0800 – 6070) and Report Crime Anonymous (0800 – 7000).
