The case surrounding Red Bull Racing team boss Christian Horner is far from over. The Red Bull group acquitted him, but that does not mean the case is closed. The employee who filed a complaint appealed and it appears that she now wants to return to work at Red Bull.

At the beginning of last month it became clear that the Red Bull group was conducting an independent investigation into possible inappropriate behavior by Horner. The investigation was started following a complaint from an employee of the team. Red Bull eventually acquitted Horner, but the employee did not leave it at that. A few weeks ago it became clear that she had appealed the outcome of the investigation.

In the meantime, she was also suspended by the Red Bull Racing team. This caused even more unrest and according to The Independent, the employee now wants to work at Red Bull again. According to the newspaper, she simply wants to resume her work with the team. She would await the outcome of her appeal and that she wants to go to an employment judge if her appeal is unsuccessful. According to The Independent, the employee knows that everything can take a long time and so she just wants to go back to work.
