From next season, the black accents will return to Feyenoord’s home shirt, according to reports FootyHeadlineout on Friday. The football shirts website is known as a forerunner in news about football club uniforms and, based on the available information, has now also come up with a concept design of the new home jersey of the retiring national champion of the Netherlands. A design that corresponds to the knowledge of 1908.nl

On the new kit, the usual red and white areas will be provided with black accents, as was also the case with previous shirts of the Rotterdam team. For example, the round collar, cuffs and the Castore logo of the shirt will be in black again in the 2024-2025 season, while in the current football season they will still be worn in a combination of red and white. The logo of the new shirt sponsor MediaMarkt will also be depicted in black on the kit, in a similar way that the current sponsor EuroParcs shows off on the shirt.

What is also striking about the design of FootyHeadlines is that the colors run from the sleeves to the collar. This season they only continued on the sleeve, after which they were cut off by one of the two middle panels. There also seems to be a white area on the red side of the shirt and a red area on the white side.

It was previously announced via this site that Castore also has a green-white kit ready for Feyenoord next season. It is not yet known when both shirts will be officially presented, but the expectation is early July.
