Lonely

Estavana feels lonely. “That loneliness!” she sighs. “If you are fit and everything is going well, then you have a lot of people around you. But if things don’t go well, you don’t hear or see those people. You have to make sure you come back yourself.”

Fortunately, Estavana receives a lot of support from her family. “Luckily I have my family who will get me through it. But Rafael doesn’t ride the bike with me and Jesslynn doesn’t hold my hand when I walk into the gym.”
